Did you try Banda? Also ask at http://www.officina-italia.com, besides their normal collection they are able to make custom straps/modifications I think.

Do you know of a source for nice straps that are custom in that they only have one hole for the buckle tang? Or straps with no holes (then you could get $15 punch and do it yourself)?
