I think that there are quite a few intresting quartz-watches out there that are intresting for mechanical watch collectors. Take for example the early quartz-movements by GP or their later, more complicating siblings. Of course Omega has many intresting pieces that are powered by a battery, and not to forget Breitling with their Aerospace and Emergency.
