After being very successful in the United States for quite some years, the IBG 2012 will be held for the first time in Germany. Germany’s most renowned watch journalist, Gisbert L. Brunner, will present to you the SIHH and BaselWorld novelties of 2012.

IBG 2012

The SIHH is only accessible for journalists and those working in the watch industry and most of the watches in BaselWorld are in displays behind windows for non-press and industry people. IBG is the watch event that enables you to see and touch the watches yourself, talking to the brand representatives and enjoy the presentations and interviews that are being given by the IBG organization.

This event is hosted on four different locations and dates in Germany, see the time table below:

This year, the following brands will be present during the IBG event 2012: Breitling (Munich), Carl F. Bucherer, Chronoswiss, Corum, Hublot, Jaeger-LeCoultre (Hamburg), Montblanc, Panerai (Munich) and Zenith. All brands will have representatives who are there to demonstrate their new watches and answering your questions.

After the welcome drinks, finger-food and meeting the other participants (collectors, enthusiasts and watch brands), there will be a three course dinner. Between the courses, Gisbert L. Brunner will give a presentation about the SIHH and BaselWorld novelties. Before and the dinner, there is plenty of time to explore the watches yourself.
