Exactly 16 years ago, I started Fratello. So it is with great pride, that I announce that we are (again) hiring! We have two open positions (both full time) available at the moment. But first, let me give you some backstory to Fratello.

As far back as I can remember, I’ve loved watches. I registered FratelloWatches.com during my time as an (Information Management/IT) student in The Hague. The website was set-up for different purposes, but, in the end, I found myself starting a blog about watches. In 2004, there weren’t many others (to say the least) and it took years before watch brands opened up to me and even sent me a press release. How things have changed.

In 2012, after having spent six years at an investment bank, I made the jump to the watch industry. First as a consultant (using big data) and later on with FratelloWatches — an initiative I always kept running aside my full-time jobs. Today, we have 14 people working on this magazine, the webshop, events, and projects.

I could not have guessed back in 2004 that Fratello would become a full-time job for me, let alone having a team of professionals around me occupied with watches all day, every day. And now, we are in the need of two more persons to join our team. We have big plans, and we need people who can help us to realize them.

The positions

We are looking for a Key Account Sales Manager and a Community & eCommerce Manager. Click those links for all details on these jobs. On our career page, you can find some more information on what it’s like to work for Fratello.

For me, it is most important that you have a passion for watches, have an understanding of the watch industry and community, and fit the team (no, you don’t need to own a Speedmaster). Interested in one of these positions? Just head over to the job descriptions and get in touch with us. We will be very happy to hear from you!
