For Grand Seiko USA, we created a small magazine on the four special edition watches to celebrate the Japanese 24 seasons. Additionally, we cover the original 62GS design to have a better understanding of the current models. Last but not least, there’s an article on Grand Seiko’s Hi-Beat and Spring Drive movements.

This magazine is created for the US market and can be found in a number of their boutiques. For you, we have a digital copy of the Grand Seiko magazine available for download. When you are a Grand Seiko fan, there’s probably nothing much new for you to discover, but I am sure you will enjoy it anyway!

Grand Seiko Magazine

This 16-page magazine covers three articles. There’s one big article on the four new watches that celebrate the 24 sekki. These are the Taisetsu (winter), Shunbun (spring), Rikka (summer), and Shubun (autumn). Grand Seiko released these watches last year for the US market (only). The other two articles cover the 62GS heritage and the Spring Drive and Hi-Beat movements used for this collection of four Grand Seiko watches.

  The PDF is loaded in your web browser then. You should be able to save it as PDF accordingly. You can also right click the link and save on your harddrive.

Thank you for this download or should I say ahhh, there we go again (I credit you buying my first Grand Seiko). 😉
Since there seem to have been some issues with the download. Just a suggestion. You have a download section on here (https://www.fratellowatches.com/available-free-downloads/), why don’t also post it there? Easier to find for everyone and good reference I believe (and while we are at it the Seasmaster Magazine is also not in that section.)

I really like G.S. watches. I was wondering which is their best movement, in terms of durability, accuracy and also in a technological standpoint. I personally liked the limited edition diver that has a limited edition of 600 units. Please help. Thanks. Dennis

  Best is always a little bit subjective, unless you state what you demand from a movement. But you do, you want a durable and accurate movement. And a technical highlight. Then, there’s only 1 answer: get a Spring Drive!
