Working for a watch media title means that you get to wear many different watches during the year. From very affordable watches to high-end watches with ditto price tags. However, just like you, we also have our own watch(es) that we wear on the times we don’t have a loaner for review. In this video, a large part of the Fratello team shows the watch they have worn the most in 2025.

Nacho, Robert-Jan, Thomas, Max, Daan, Jorg, Lex, Balazs, Henry, Ben, Michael, Tomas, and Gerard are featured in the video showing their most worn watch. Together with the rest of the team, we all wish you a Merry Christmas! You can watch this video and others also on our YouTube channel here.

Nacho’s Pick

Nacho has been sporting his Omega Seamaster Professional 300M, reference 2254.50, more than any other this year. This watch belongs to the first generation of 300M models (introduced in 1993), and this black dial version could be found on the wrist of the late Sir Peter Blake, for example. It’s a 300M that originally came on the Speedmaster-style bracelet, which isn’t as “busy” as the 9-row bracelet on the other 300M models from that era. Nacho switches straps quite often on this 300M, and here you can see it on a NATO strap.

Rolex GMT-Master II 16713

Robert-Jan’s Pick

RJ picked two watches that he wore the most this year. First and foremost, his 18K gold Speedmaster Professional Apollo XI from 2019, but the Rolex GMT-Master II 16713, as pictured above, was his second one. It’s a purchase he made this year, right before Watches and Wonders 2025, and he enjoys the Jubilee bracelet and color-scheme of this “Rootbeer” model. However, the gold Speedmaster is his all-time favorite.

VPC Type 37HW 30

Thomas and Jorg’s Pick

Both Thomas and Jorg picked the VPC Type 37HW. It’s Thomas’s own brand, and he’s, of course, the proud wearer of one as well, when he’s not trying and testing out other watches. Jorg picked it because he loves the versatility and its wearing comfort.

Max’s Pick

Max is the guy usually on the other side of the video (and photo) camera, but can mostly be found wearing his 70-year-old Rolex Oyster Precision reference 6482. Max is the youngest member of the team, wearing the oldest watch.

Cartier Santos Galbée XL

Daan’s Pick

The Cartier Santos Galbée XL is Daan’s go-to watch, and he only wears one of his other watches on rare occasions. What the Speedmaster is for RJ, is the Santos for Daan. He purchased this particular watch roughly four years ago, but it remains his most frequently worn watch, also in 2025.

Grand Seiko SBGX341

Lex’s Pick

Lex went back and forth between this quartz-powered Grand Seiko SBGX341 and his Omega Speedmaster ’57 3594.50 model from 2001. He has his Grand Seiko overhauled, and since then, it has hardly left his wrist.

Rolex Submariner 5513

Balazs’s Pick

This Rolex Submariner 5513 was bought by Balazs last year, for his 40th birthday. It dates to 1972, and Balazs loves it for its beautiful dial and its versatility; it works with everything.

Henry’s Pick

Henry picked his IWC Mark XV as his most-worn watch. It’s a pilot’s watch that he inherited from his father, dating back to the early 2000s. It’s on its original beautiful bracelet, which is incredibly comfortable to wear.

Breitling Super Ocean

Ben’s Pick

Ben’s most worn watch in 2025 was this Breitling Super Ocean Heritage in 42mm. It’s a watch suitable for many occasions, and he loves the vintage cues this watch has.

The Ming 37.11 and Polymesh bracelet

Michael’s Pick

Mike has been wearing many different watches in 2025, so he doesn’t have a “most worn” piece. Instead, for this video, he picked a recent “pick-up” he did, which he enjoys wearing a lot. It’s the Ming 37.11 Odyssey on a polymesh bracelet.

Gallet

Tomas’s Pick

Our own “King of Vintage” Tomas picked his blue dial Gallet chronograph watch as his most-worn watch in 2025. The Gallet chronograph he has here is a rare vintage watch, easy to read, and difficult to remove from his wrist.

Grand Seiko quartz

Gerard’s Pick

Last but certainly not least is our editor, Gerard, with his Grand Seiko. Another quartz-powered Grand Seiko in this list! This double-signed model, referenced as SBGX062, is, according to Gerard, blending into each occasion.

Happy Holidays!
