Max van der Veer is a Dutch photographer and videographer based in the Netherlands, serving as our in-house photographer for Fratello Watches. Specializing in watch and product photography, his work blends technical precision with storytelling, capturing the character and craftsmanship behind every timepiece.
Max began his professional journey at just fifteen, when a watch brand commissioned his first commercial shoot. Since then, he has trained at the Dutch Fotovakschool and established Max VDV Photography, working across watches, products, portraits, and automotive subjects.
At Fratello, his imagery defines the publication’s visual identity — from detailed macro shots to lifestyle compositions that bring horological stories to life.
