Breitling introduced numerous new models this year, including several in precious metals. On Friday, November 28th, Fratello and Breitling hosted an evening at the brand’s boutique in The Hague to ensure our readers could go hands-on with these new watches.

A golden evening with Breitling

The evening started with a word of welcome and an introduction by Anthony Mak de Waay (sales director of Breitling Netherlands) to this year’s new Breitling models and a roadmap concerning the brand’s in-house movements. According to Breitling, the shift to producing movements in-house has increased to 60%, compared to 30% in 2022. The target of using 95% manufacture calibers is set for 2029. The B31 movement debuted in March 2025 and is the first in-house Breitling caliber to power three-hand watches.

Gold collection

One of the new watches that Breitling introduced at the event was the limited-edition (100 pieces) Navitimer B01 41 (ref. RB0139211Q1P1) in red gold, with a retail price of €21,350 (including taxes). The Navitimer B01 46 in full gold (see below), the Super Chronomat 44 in full gold, and the Premier AVI 1953 edition were also shown at the event.

The approximately 40 guests had a wonderful evening of opportunities to try the new watches and meet with like-minded Breitling enthusiasts. Some even brought their (Breitling) watch collections.

One of the guests brought a beautiful collection of (neo-)vintage Breitling watches to the event. As you can see in the pictures above, it includes a rare Compass Explorateur, an early Navitimer and Cosmonaute, and an Aerospace with a UTC bracelet, for example.
