Introducing: The Three-Watch-Strong Lebois & Co Heritage Small Seconds Collection
After a series of chronographs, the Dutch-based brand Lebois & Co returns with a trio of three-handers. Please welcome the Heritage Small Seconds collection. The silver Script, blue Baton, and black Numeral Founder’s Launch editions are COSC-certified chronometers with perks for early adopters. A “Chronomètre Lebois & Co” sweater inspired by Parisian streetwear is waiting for you. Additionally, while the watch comes standard on a suede strap, an included Fixoflex stretch bracelet allows those who get in on this launch to change the look quite drastically.
“Lebois & Co is not about nostalgia — it’s about rebuilding a tradition of mechanical elegance,” says Dutch entrepreneur Tom van Wijlick, who, in 2014, revived the brand after discovering a vintage Lebois & Co chronograph at an auction that reignited his passion for the brand’s legacy. Raymond Dodane, a member of the renowned French Dodane watchmaking family, founded the brand in 1934. Italian importers acquired the brand in 1947, but production ceased in 1972, leading to its disappearance for several decades. “The new collection combines the best Swiss manufacturing, vintage proportions, and design that speaks to the understated watch collector.”
Say bonjour to the Lebois & Co Heritage Small Seconds Collection
The three versions of the Lebois & Co Heritage Small Seconds have a mid-century elegance that suits contemporary tastes, just like the 2021 Heritage Chronograph and the 2023 Heritage Chronograph 324.406 with a black and rose gold dial.
The inaugural models — Script, Baton, and Numeral — are COSC-certified chronometers with a contemporary sense of balance and purpose. They share the same steel case, which has a moderate and period-correct 37.8mm diameter and an 8mm thickness. If you count the domed sapphire crystal above the dial and the one on the case back, the watch has a 10.5mm profile.
The Baton has a blue galvanic dial with a sunray finish, while the Script and Numeral versions have galvanic silver and black sandblasted dials, respectively. These dials’ layouts and designs hark back to those found in vintage Lebois references. Of the three, the Numeral is the only one with printed hour markers (fittingly, Arabic numerals). The hour markers for the other two, whether numerals or batons, are applied and display a high-polished finish.
Under the different dials beats the Swiss-made LC-350 automatic caliber, which received a COSC chronometer certification and has a 56-hour power reserve. This is a Sellita 300-series movement, so apart from being accurate, it is also quite sturdy and carefree.
Order your watch (plus sweater and extra bracelet) now!
The Founder’s Launch is the first production run of 100 watches; the Heritage Small Seconds references are not limited editions. However, this is the only batch available during the initial pre-order period, which starts today and ends on November 28th.
As mentioned, Founder’s Launch customers will receive a sweater and a Fixoflex bracelet. The watch’s retail price is €2,200. Lastly, if you order one, two, or all three models on the Lebois & Co website before the end of next month, you will receive the watch(es) in the spring of 2026.
