It’s hard to believe that 2025 is heading into the home stretch, but here we are in September. For watch fans, that means it’s time for a flurry of new releases. One brand getting in on the action immediately is Sinn. Today, we’ll quickly highlight the new EZM 3 S, a set of colorful 556 models, and the 104 Classic 12.

Sinn always delivers when it rolls out new pieces. The brand’s watches are typically packed with innovative features, and although prices have increased, they still offer comparatively great value. Today’s trio of debuts brings a little something for everyone. The new EZM 3 S should satisfy those looking for a tactical hardcore tool watch. The quartet of limited-edition 556 models should appeal to men and women. Finally, the 104 Classic 12 is an elegant daily watch with rugged specs.

A new or, in this case, updated EZM always causes us to sit up and take notice. These watches exemplify what Sinn does best. Namely, the brand creates intensely focused watches for a specific purpose. Today’s EZM 3 S was designed for performance under extreme diving conditions. With a depth rating of 500 meters (tested to DIN 8310 standards), the watch is also reliable between -45 and +80 degrees Celsius (I’m not sure the human body would enjoy either of those extremes!). Other technical additions include a black hard Tegimented coating, the brand’s well-known Ar‑Dehumidifying Technology, and resistance to magnetic fields of up to 80,000 A/m (1,000 gauss). Naturally, the watch also has a screw-down crown, screw-in case back, and ample applied luminous material.

The 41mm stainless steel diver has a 12.3mm profile and is available on a matching steel bracelet, fabric strap, or silicone strap. Inside, the Sellita SW200-1 automatic ticks away with a frequency of 28,800vph. While the 38-hour power reserve feels somewhat outdated, this caliber is certainly a reliable choice. This new model is priced at €2,190 on a strap and €2,650 on the bracelet.

While the 556 isn’t a technical beast like the EZM series, I have a soft spot for the watch. Three years ago, I bought my wife a light blue limited-edition version, and it’s still one of her favorites. Today’s models follow in the footsteps of those vividly colored releases but add a bit of flair courtesy of new guilloché dials.

Four pastel versions are available and limited to 300 pieces each. Sand, Ice Blue, Mauve, and Sage are the hues. Design-wise, the guilloché pattern is split into 12 sections, creating a sunburst-like appearance.

All four watches have 38.5mm satin-finished stainless steel cases and are available on a fabric strap or bracelet. While the 556 is a pared-back field watch, it still has a 20-bar water resistance rating. It’s also equipped with two sapphire crystals, a screw-in case back, and a screw-down crown. Like the EZM 3 S, the case houses the familiar Sellita SW200-1. At just 11mm thick, the 556 is a fantastic daily watch for women and men. Prices for these new models start at €1,450 on a leather or silicone strap, and range up to €1,750 on the bracelet.

For some, the 104 Classic 12 may represent the most significant new release. Yes, the watch has a familiar 41mm stainless steel case and a ceramic 12-hour bezel insert, but the big news is the introduction of a small seconds indicator at the bottom of the dial. This is the first time the model has housed such a configuration. Perhaps it’s because of this elegant addition that the model gains a detail normally reserved for the brand’s dressier pieces. “Frankfurt am Main” is proudly displayed on the black sunburst dial.

Like the 556, the 104 Classic 12 has a water resistance rating of 20 bar. It’s available on a bracelet and a variety of straps, including leather and fabric. Inside the watch beats the Sellita SW261-1 automatic, offering 38 hours of power reserve and a frequency of 28,800vph. The movement is on display via a screw-in case back with a sapphire crystal. Price-wise, you’ll be looking at €1,690 on a strap and €1,990 on the bracelet.
