Geneva Watch Days 2026: The Biggest One Yet
Geneva Watch Days returns September 2nd–6th, 2026, bringing 71 independent watchmaking maisons to Geneva for five days of presentations, exhibitions, discussions, and events. Now in its seventh and biggest edition yet, GWD retains its decentralized format, with brands presenting from individual showrooms across the city. The Pavilion and Blue Box provide two central locations for exhibitions and activities, while the Collectors’ Lounge offers invitation-only experiences. The event remains open to the public, continuing GWD’s approach of bringing watchmaking beyond the traditional trade-show environment.

71 brands in Geneva
The 2026 edition brings together 71 brands, making this the largest Geneva Watch Days yet. The lineup combines established names with independent watchmakers and smaller contemporary brands.

The Pavilion, Blue Box, and more
The Pavilion remains the main public gathering point. It will host exhibitions, watch reviews, talks, the auction, and the CaliberShip Challenge. The last returns with 20 participants coached by students from the Geneva Watchmaking School. These participants will regulate Sellita movements before having their work assessed by COSC. The Pavilion will also host discussions on the Swiss watch industry, movement construction, desirability, human expertise, gender, and watchmaking’s future.
The nearby Blue Box provides another central exhibition space, where visitors can see the participating maisons and their novelties together. The program also includes the Fondation Dominique Renaud’s Amplitude Op. II symposium, an FHH brunch and quiz, a GPHG session with François-Henry Bennahmias, guided experiences, workshops, and the “Emmanuel’s Picks” watch reviews. For younger visitors, the Musée International de l’Horlogerie will host a Kids’ Club on Sunday. You can find out more about all of these events on the GWD website.
Fratello at Geneva Watch Days 2026
As in previous years, Fratello will be on the ground throughout Geneva Watch Days. Our team will cover the latest releases and provide hands-on impressions, interviews, photography, and reports from both the established maisons and independent brands. With 71 participants and five days of activity spread throughout the city, there will be plenty to discover beyond the headline releases.
