It’s only a few days before Watches and Wonders ’23 in Geneva, and we’re getting in the right mood! Exhibiting brands have been sending over their news under embargo, except the obvious. In this podcast, Lex, Nacho, and RJ talk about the expectations we have and what we’re looking forward to!

During this podcast, it’s all sports watches! RJ is wearing his mid-’90s Rolex Sea-Dweller with a tritium dial and hands, and Nacho is rocking his Breitling Emergency (you can enjoy the sound of the digital minute repeater on the podcast as well). Lex is sporting the Oris ProPilot X, a titanium watch with a gray bracelet, very ton-sur-ton. The Oris ProPilot X was one of the big novelties from last year’s Watches and Wonders.

Ready for Watches and Wonders 2023

Watches and Wonders will take place from March 27th to April 2nd. We have an article coming before the show starts to let you know how to keep track of all the articles that we’ll publish during the exhibition. Rolex does not share press releases upfront, so we are looking forward to seeing the new Rolex watches, perhaps more than what we saw last year from The Crown! We also discuss whether it makes sense for other (especially smaller) brands to introduce new watches outside of Watches and Wonders since the big brands will probably overshadow many of them. On the other hand, they will get traction and attention from worldwide watch media who will be in Geneva next week.

Enjoy our podcast, and let us know what you expect from Watches and Wonders 2023.
