Another Watches and Wonders is in the books, and as always, it takes a moment to process everything. Between the main fair at Palexpo, meetings across Geneva, and visits to the various satellite events around the city, the week becomes a blur of watches, conversations, and quick (yet lasting) impressions. Only afterward do the highlights start to settle. In this long-form episode of Fratello Talks, Nacho is joined by Daan and Max (our man behind the camera, making his podcast debut) to debrief after a packed week in Geneva. The trio discusses the watches that stood out, the surprises that weren’t on their radar beforehand, and a few memorable discoveries from the external fairs running alongside the main event. But first, a quick wrist check.

Wrist check

Daan is wearing his Autodromo Intereuropa, a charming, vintage-motorsport-inspired watch with a clean, minimalist aesthetic. He’s paired his teal-dial example with the OEM cognac Saffiano racing strap. It adds some contrast and balances his matching of the dial’s tone to his jacket.

Omega Constellation ref. 168.029 wrist shot

Max is rocking his Omega Constellation ref. 168.029, a classic vintage model with some Genta heritage and a distinctive C-shaped case. He has it on the original bracelet for the full jangly experience. One thing about Max is that you’ll rarely see him wearing a modern watch or driving a modern car. He may be the youngest member of the Fratello team, but he has an old soul.

Tudor Pelagos FXD wrist shot

Nacho is wearing his Tudor Pelagos FXD on a Zulu Alpha × Watches of Espionage Commando strap. Designed to the specifications of the Commando Hubert (the French Navy’s elite special operations unit), it’s a strap that fits the FXD (a watch originally designed for the Marine Nationale) like a glove.

In this episode, Nacho, Daan, and Max share the pieces that stood out to them, the discoveries made at the external fairs, and their overall impressions after a busy week.
