Difficult to get in Europe but I know that in America you might get lucky. I send this man an e-mail and got a 2-page(!) e-mail back from him with all the reasons why he didn't wanted to look for me in his stockroom...... Fortunately the former business partner of Otto Frei, Jules Borel, also has a lovely site and did not made so much problems. The part I needed was in stock and send out immideately. Apart from better service it also gave me the good feeling that I did not contributed to Mr.Frei's income. Recently I needed a very specific Bulova-part.
